Changing you calorie allowance

I had manually set my calories at 2200 just to get me started with the intention of reducing it gradually. I went it to see what my basal rate was and it changed me calories to 2070 and the option to change it manually again seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know where it is so that I can change it back?
I also noticed that it changed my previous days allowance to 2070 showing that I went over. So does that mean as I reduce it it will change all previous enteries thereby ruining my history for refering to?
Many thanks
Claire

You can change your settings under Goals -> Change Goals
As for your second question, yes MFP only maintains one calorie level at a time. It does not save it on a day-by-day basis.0 -
Thank you, I have managed to change it now.
Its a shame that the previous days don't stay the same once you have submitted that day, means I can't untilise the tool completely with the charts and history etc.
Oh well, loosing the weight is the most important thing :happy:0
