Pain?

I started focusing my workouts on my abs. After having 4 kids, I have a lot of work to do. However, after a week of focusing on my abs, i have constant pain in my abdomen. It's not just muscle pain either. Anyone else have this kind of issue?

    It's not so sharp as it is a dull throbbing. It's spread across the abdomen.

    maybe take a few days off and see if it gets better. i usually dont rush off to the dr the minute i feel an ache or pain, i use my judgement and generally wait a few days to see if it gets better or worse. i'd say hold off on your ab work in the mean time. Odds are high its just some unfamiliar muscle pains from you new ab workout. But if you think its something worse, then by all means see a dr.

    You might be doing too much too soon (TMTS). Keep in mind that ab exercises don't target abdominal fat or loose skin, if that's what you're trying to do. :+1:
