I love to help others, and it makes me feel better and eat/exercise better. I've been dealing w/Chronic Back problems for years. Despite that, I dropped from 230 to 200 a few years ago. Now, 20 of that is back on, as my schedule and my back have really intensified since November. I'm in the car a lot for work and I'm the main chef in the family which means we've been eating out a lot and more pain. I'm stoked to have my first child on the way, but scared shitless being a crippled dad. I want to move freely, feel good, drop weight, and - most importantly - be free from pain.
Your help in just being encouraging matters, and I can't wait to reciprocate. Tips, ideas, and - most importantly - reassurance and support is something I eagerly hope to trade.
To hell with pain and insecurity - physical and emotional. Let's get rid of it together.
