Recently I have been close to my calories for the day, wether being a bit over or under. My problem is some days I'm still a bit hungry but don't want to go over/ go over further on my daily calories. Any suggestions?

Track your calories over the week. That way you can be a bit under some days and a bit over on others.1

Maybe make your last meal or snack one that is higher in protein and/or fat, fiber. These things are more filling and might help stave off the hunger pangs.1

I drink a glass of water an it helps me sometimes0

You can also put in the notes section of each day whether you felt hungry at the end of the day or not. Then after a week or two look back and see if you can find a pattern. If you are short on one of the macros or fiber on the days you get hungry, you'll know what you can do to avoid it.1
