Hello Everyone! I am returning to the fitness world after about a 4 years hiatus. In 2013, I quit my job, and returned to school to complete an MBA and transition into a new career. Unfortunately, during that time I managed to gain an extra 25lbs and lose a lot of focus in my diet and exercise. With spring in full force here in Charlotte, NC I am out to kill off those 25lbs by the end of summer and regain my physical and mental well being. I will be accomplishing this through a combination of a great diet plan, exercising that will include daily walks, bicycling, and other cardio, but dietary supplements. So if you are interested in any of those topics, please feel free to message me! You can probably read my profile but I am a 41 year old male living in Charlotte, NC.

    I can totally relate, though I'm in the midst of being restructured and considering going back to school. Thus begins the next chapter and the beginning of a new me.

    Wish I only had 25 pounds to lose. Having had success here in the past when I reached my goal I started revert to my old program and here I find myself, heavier than before.
