Hi--
This is my third time returning to MFP in the past 10 years. I've had great success using before, losing 80lbs before throwing in the towel both times. I live in San Antonio but am originally from North Carolina. I'd love to find a support system here is SA, because truth is--it's not a city known for health.
My biggest opportunity is binge eating and working out. I hate the gym but am trying to love it.
