Hi All,

I'm just wondering how MyFitnessPal calculates the calories burnt within a day?

For instance I have read in many places that eating less and more frequently increases the calories expended as the body needs to put more work into digestion. Do MFP take this into account when telling you 'your daily goal' if so how is this worked out?
