I have a 3 month old daughter and I'm really trying to get my pre baby body back! Any advice for a nursing mommy?

If nursing is your babies primary source of nutrition then make sure you make changes slowly so as not to shock your body and lose supply. At that age most women are using about 500 calories per day to breast feed on top of their bodies normal needs. Set yourself to maintenance plus 500 calories and slowly decrease each week while monitoring your supply. If you see it dropping you have gone too far. Keep supplimental nutrition on hand for baby in case it is needed.1
