Hey guys, I'm not normally a breakfast eater, what are some light and healthy options?

    I enjoy a bagel thin with cream cheese it's about 180 calories for both and it doesn't make me feel super full first thing, which tends to make me tired. Also enjoy spinach and egg and if you desire you could add bacon or turkey sausage.

    If you don't normally eat it, why start now?

    (Note: I am a breakfast eater, but it's not a requirement to lose weight if that's your concern)
