TDEE question, sorry!

Hi everyone
Sorry to ask another TDEE question but I'm putting on weight, not losing body fat or inches and I need help before it gets really out of control.
I'm 21, 5ft 7 SW 205, currently weighing 177lbs, 32% body fat. I'm looking to get to around 150lbs but reducing body fat is more important to me, so my real goal (at the moment) is around 22 - 25% body fat. I do stronglifts 5x5 Mon, Weds, Fri and jog (only about 25 mins) or do interval training Tues, Thurs and sometimes Saturday. Aside from this though I am very inactive (on summer holidays at the moment, so the only other exercise I get is sometimes bodyboarding). I have been struggling to maintain my good eating habits since I have been home so I just want to know how many calories you think I should be eating, as I get a lot of different estimates depending on what site I use, and I think not 'knowing' this is the right number makes me less motivated to stick to it.
I'm also trying to eat more protein and less carbs.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Far too many variables. Pick a number and stick with it and make adjustments. As you say, you haven't exercised as much or have been following your dietary goals.0
