Agree that there's no NEED to think "I should burn off all that extra sugar." OP and anyone else reading, please don't slip into that mindset. It's truly insidious and harmful for a number of reasons.
That said, if you've been in a significant deficit for a while now, you were probably partially glycogen-depleted, and now you've replenished some of that ... if it were me, I'd take advantage of being at max capacity and do strength training, lifting heavy, most likely legs-oriented. Probably with some bodyweight or light-weight plyometrics mixed in for explosiveness. And I'd be really sure to eat a lot. I'm a smallish female and I maintain on 1800-1900 cals, you look a little smaller than me so maybe yours is a bit lower. But if you're at goal and you're trying to maintain, and not go for destruction of your muscles, I'd guess you should be around the 2000 mark with an intense workout.1
