It's fascinating, actually. Now if you could only find such a magnificent chart for women of your age, which would be quite different in some respects, especially iron.

Part of the fascination is that I've been using mfp for over a year, consuming information from here voraciously, and only just today came across this table.

    If you scroll to the bottom of this National Academies of Science page , you'll find links for DRI charts with values for individuals of different genders, ages, pregnancy, and lactation statuses. They used to have macros and micros in a single .pdf file, but now I only see the separate files for micros and macros.
