Hard work and dedication

2 years ago I was 360lbs. 4 months ago I was 245 which is then farthest pic on the left (each pic was taken at the end of each month) Today I'm sitting at 200 which I thought was the lowest I could go but I believe I can reach 190 before I end my cut and finally can reach the stage where I can bulk. There's no secret to this. No shake, wrap, diet pill or quick fix. It takes patience, motivation and dedication. Diet and excercise. Calories in to calories out. If you go straight cardio for working out you'll be left with a ton of excess skin so you need to gain muscle while losing weight. May take longer but you'll look better in the long run. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it!! Shoot me a friend request if you would like. I like being surrounded by people with the same goals as me. Good luck with all your guy's health endeavors!
