Female in my early 30s. 5'4" 163 pounds. Made goals of 10 pound increments: 160, 150, 140. 140 is my first major goal. I've never weighed that since I passed it when I was probably 14 or 15. Then I will reassess.

I'm a sahm and homeschool mom. Looking for friends.
