Hi all,

Im kinda new to posts but have been on here since April. I am reasonably good with motivating myself exercise wise but i struggle with the food bit esp at weekends :( i no this is just habbit or boredem but cant seem 2 shake it. back in may i managed 2 shift 6lbs b4 holiday but when i returned i was hit with sciatica/prolapsed disc unabling me to exercise 4 a while so the weight has crept back on adding a couple of pounds :( i am almost back to 'normal'exercise wise but i could do with some support in terms of eating please so if people r intrested in kickin my butt when times are hard please add me. The support would be very much appreciated.
