Hey guys! I recently used this app and lost over 30 pounds. I've decided to try again, and lose more. I've still kept this off, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. I was wondering which Fitbit I should buy to help stay motivated and how exactly it motivates you. Thanks in advanced.

Take a look at the features each one offers and decide which best fits your needs. The Zip is the most basic and only gives you the number of steps taken and calories burned. Others add in sleep tracking, stair climbing, heart rate monitoring, GPS, and other features.1

I have the Alta and I love it. It's definitely something I *could* live without but seeing how active (or not) I am motivates me a lot. I'm a bit of a data junkie so it satisfies that need too lol1

Also a data job junkie and I have a charge 2 and absolutely love it definitely motivates me to be more active especially when I'm doing step challenges with my friends1
