When I copy my recipes into my fitness pal, it doesn't include fibre . I am trying keto and need to have carbs minus fibre to get my points. Any suggestions please.

    You can adjust this! If you go to Food -> Settings -> Nutrients tracked, you can change one of them to Fiber. I changed mine from the default of "Sodium" to "Fiber", as that was more important for me to see.
