I hope this motivates some people! I started my journey on January 24, 2013. Today it has been 6 months and I am very happy to say I have officially lost 57.5 lbs. It has not been easy but it has been worth every sore muscle, growling stomach, 3 mile walk and the 160 ounces of water I drink daily. I have a great bunch of MFP friends to keep me motivated and I thank every one of you! Below is my before and during. I won't say after because I still have about another 60 lbs. I want to lose.

    Great inspiration. I am sometimes more amazed with the facial transformations that the actual body ones. You are dropping YEARS along with the Pounds! Keep on going! Awesome job. Thanks for sharing!

    The face difference is astonishing you look about 10 years younger. I also started in January, I've lost 29 pounds so far so still a lot further to go, but your story inspires me!
