Beach Body T25 (exercise stats)

Morning,

I am new to the myfitnesspal.

I have started recording my daily food and exercise, can anyone please recommend / advise on what should be entered within the fitness tab for T25 modules (Dynamic core etc). I am currently following the Beta programme.

That would be very much appreciated, many thanks iin advance.

    I have just found the answer, using the calculator on the following website, http://www.homeworkoutexpert.com/

    I enter it as aerobics, light (and manually adjust the calories down to 75-100).

    Love Shaun T. Max 30 is even harder and more addictive than T25. However, T25 is a great programme. I love Speed 2.0- it's one of my favourite home workouts ever. So apparently easy but it makes me burn the calories!
