I've BMI of 24 (155lbs) the problem is i've skinny arms and legs but my fat is distributed around my stomach, ribcage and back. In short im 26 years old and have the body of a 50 year old. This may be the result of reducing my calories a lot in my early 20's loosing to under 100lbs (before and during which i had an thin hour glass figure) then gaining weight (+35lbs extra) back. Has anyone been through the same thing, could there be a hormone inbalance or something?

What's your height? What's your goal? Your bmi is in the normal range, so you don't have to lose weight actually. Have you heard of body recomposition ?0
