A question about fats and tracking.

So, my allowable fats are 78 g a day. I use coconut oil, avocados, olive oil, etc. To hit that number. But in the tracking, underneath fats, it shows saturated, Mono's, trans fats, etc. It shows I am 'allowed' zero of every kind of fat. Ideally (for this tracker) what fats are allowed????

It shows 0 for things that don't have an actual RDI. Poly/mono/trans.
You'll have to decide yourself what limits you wish to set for those things.0 -
It's supposed to say N/A, as there is no recommended limit, but MFP broke that a while ago and has yet to fix it0
