Non Scale Related Progress

Besides the number on the scale, what progress have you made since starting. I have been doing this for 10 days now. When I started I could do a sit up. I tried but it just wasn't happening. Yesterday I did 15 of them. Even though I have only lost about 1 1/2 lbs, I felt great!

I slipped on a dress this morning that previously had been a bit too tight, and it fits like a dream today!1

I have been getting 10k steps every day where I use to get less than 5k a day before. I also haven't had any caffeine in a couple months which is huge for me. I use to be super addicted. Even when I stopped drinking soda, I still had tea a few times a week and if we went out to dinner. I never have completely stopped it this long before.1

I am down 50lbs since 11/28/16 and while I don't always see the loss in the mirror today I put on a maxi skirt that use to leave red marks on my stomach from the elastic and today I had to roll it up twice because it was way too big. My biggest NSV is the fact that I went from a couch potato to someone who works out 6 days a week and can make it through a full Zumba Class and a Pound Class like a boss... I have several herniated disc in my back and walking hurt so to me healthy & fit is soo much more to me than losing weight... What a feeling!!!1

Being looked up and down by a Lady sales assistant when I said I was "on a diet" after turning down a freebie chocolate bar - made my day ....1

Non scale progress? Recently I hear a woman who worked at another employer in the building utter the word "hello" as we passed in the hallway. That didn't happen before I got slim.1
