new to site

looking for friends/motivation. Need to lose 75 pounds but unsure on the exercise routines!!!

    What kind of exercise do you like? Thats the best kind to do. Something you are going to stick with and enjoy. Right now i'm doing kickboxing 3 days a week. and trying to walk at least 8000 steps a day in addition. You can also try some of the dvd workouts or anything from BeachBody.
