I used to workout regularly about 3 years ago. Then I stopped and now I'm worse than before I started. Any good workout regime to suggest? I enjoy yoga but idk where to start. I wanna do exercises at home though

I'm not a big home exerciser (once I'm home I lose motivation), but I do see that my on demand cable service comes with a slew of free exercise videos. As does Netflix or amazon prime if you have either of those. There are a lot of free exercise apps in the iTunes store, too, including some yoga ones. Some libraries will let you check out videos, too, so you could try that. Good luck!

-there are lots of good workouts on YouTube, too. I was going to barre classes, and they are kind of expensive, and then I found a lot of good ones on YouTube.
-there are some good apps - one is the 7 minute routine, they give you short exercises to do in 7 minutes, and you repeat the cycle 4 or 5 times, or however many you want

-and walking or running outside, is awesome and you get fresh air and nature, which is a nice boost!

I'm with you, sometimes I get on a routine and really want to workout, etc... and sometimes I just slack off and it's hard to get back into it. But you can do it, and you already know you'll feel and look great!

Thank you for the suggestions you guys :) unfortunately I live in Manila so there's not much "nature" around but maybe I can take your suggestions to walk to places instead of take an uber or something hehe thanks for all the positivity, you guys are getting me excited for this journey

Walking is an excellent workout and doesn't require much except a pair of good tennis shoes and some space. I'm getting back to the gym regularly and realize how hard it is but you can do it. Just take it one step at a time.

YouTube is amazing for different exercises... like someone else said start with walking work your way to running. Couch to 5k app helped me before a lot!
My biggest problem is what I eat and drink, so I'm focusing on this first by logging daily. It holds me accountable and I personally don't eat back my calories. You can also just turn on some music you like and dance to it walk/run in place, jump rope, jumping jacks etc,..
I believe strength training is very important to since muscle burns more than fat and using weights change the appearance/shape of your body than just cardio alone.

I'm just beginning back again to and it's tough and I'm just trying baby steps.
    Good luck!
