Hello my name is Bella,
So, here I am looking to start this journey again, looking for support, motivation and possibly someone close by to meet up with and work out a few times a week. I have a really busy schedule so to have to go out and meet someone will help me get on track.
I haven't really worked out but here and there for about a year, so i'm rusty and out of shape to say the least - looking for anyone's help, suggestions, and company.
A few years ago I cracked down and lost about 50 lbs - working out and just eating right to get there. I ended up being a lot of fun and I felt great. A few drastic things happened in my life and I slowly slipped back into old ways. The first time around I lost the weight with a friend of mine and it was really helpful to have the accountability of someone working out with you and meeting goals along the journey. We both had about the same amount of weight to loose as well.
So, here I am looking to start this journey again, looking for support, motivation and possibly someone close by to meet up with and work out a few times a week. I have a really busy schedule so to have to go out and meet someone will help me get on track.
