Why am I so hungry. I always go over 1200 calories. Sometimes 45 call to 185.

1200 is not very much! If you eat to little calories per day your body will go into "starvation mode" and hold onto fat in order to make up for not getting what it needs. Be sure to get at least your 1200 every day, a little more won't be that bad. Talk to your dr or dietician if you really think you should be eating less.0

1200 is a default minimum before exercise. So if you are hungry all the time.
A) Add exercise and earn more calories
B.) Play around with your food choices (protein, fiber & fat) and meal timings. Everyone is a little different re: what is satiating.
C) Lower your weekly weight loss goal. Perhaps 1200 is just too aggressive for you.

Not according to my doctor. I trust a medical professional over a link online.0 -
I hate that myfitnesspal is defaulted to 1200 it seems for all women, I change mine, worked it out a different way and adapted my settings.0

I would, too, but only for a medical question, which this isn't. If my doctor tells me I have a cold and you say it's a flu, the doctor winds hands down. On the other hand, if the doctor says bikes work better without tires, or dinosaurs wore Ray Ban sunglasses, I'll chalk it up to doctors are people, and can be wrong about things outside their area of expertise just like everybody else.1
