Hi,
1- where are you from?
( I am from Quebec,Canada, but lived in Alberta many years and am now in Nova scotia)
2- how many pounds have you lost just using MFP? logging food and respecting the calorie goal?
I lost 4 pounds so far just using this calorie counter.
3- what is your best advice you would give about using this site for your weight loss?
my advice would be to check the community center under the recipes!!!! so many great ideas to help you eat lean and healthy, I sure enjoy looking at those threads!

3- it's a great site to see how much quality nutrition you take out of your diet, and see your eating patterns. Use it well1 -

a) Try to log your food and exercise every single day and keep yourself accountable.
