Syncing Issues

Anyone in UK or Europe having problems syncing steps and exercises from related Apps? TIA KeithMidd

    Sorry for any trouble with your fitbit integration. We're currently investigating an issue which has caused steps from fitbit to stop syncing around Saturday 4/15. We are still investigating to confirm the source of the problem but if you started having trouble after updating your tracker or the fitbit app, you may also want to touch base with their team to see if they have any additional insight to offer. We will do what we can to get things straightened out as soon as possible.

    read this today. I too have been having issues, I am in the USA. they are working on it.

    When will tjisbe sorted , when I delete both apps and reinstall it sync once and no more

    My steps haven't synced s9nce Saturday unless I revoke the access from Fitbit each time and re-pair. It's a nightmare, will have to find a different app - any ideas and I rely on mfp?
