Hi there I stated by cutting back on what I was eating and started to walk try and do 10,000 steps a day and work up from there0

If you are up for some reading this is a very well written post that explains calorie needs well. Eat a balanced diet and stay within your calorie goal and you should be good to go in the nutrition department.
