Xercise4Less - Darlington

Any of you guys members of Xercise4Less, particularly Darlington.

Have to say l was in two minds about going, especially if you read some of the reviews. However, they were offering full membership for £9.99 per month with no joining fee. Thus far l have been pleasantly surprised, plenty of equipment, and never had to wait to use any.

Not as friendly as my old place, but half the price, with 5 times the equipment.

I joined our local X4L when it opened a couple years ago (maintained my longstanding DW membership) to encourage a friend who wanted a gym buddy. It was ok...lockers quite small. Only 2 showers in ladies locker room, floor in studio awful (concrete with linoleum, no cushioning or sprung floor). Lots of equipment, loads of spin bikes with large screen. For the price, it was ok except the studio floor was really painful for ankles etc. I left after a few months since she never wanted to go after all, but it still seems quite busy. Very clean.
