Little help please

For the past 6 months I been losing weight and in the gym I was just doing compound lifts to help lose the weight my routine was 5x5 strong lifts and nothing else now I at a healthy weight I want to build dome muscle but not sure how to go about doing it the main thing is how many times do I need to work each muscle group per week to see good progress

Keep lifting and increase calories to maintenance or just above.
