So I ordered tacos from a place in town but they don't have a nutrition menu so I have no clue how to figure out how many calories they were. The place is called tacos and beer in Vegas and I thought if I listed the descriptions you guys could help me figure this out.
1. VEGGIE
potato puree, sautéed mushroom, poblano, onion & cheese w/shaved romaine, cilantro-lime dressing, pico
2. LENGUAGRILLED PINEAPPLE AND BLACK BEANS - vegan
jackfruit, onions, spices, chipotle, tamarindo, garnished with cilantro and pickles red onions
3. BEER BATTERED AVOCADO - VEGAN
beer battered avocado, slaw, cilantro-lime dressing, pico

Honestly without knowing the exact portion or recipe, there's no way to tell. Even restaurant nutrition is a rough estimate at best. I say just say 300 calories per taco and call it a day.

Add those things to your diary in the estimated amounts that you ate.

Or when you can use something similar - but those sound pretty unique so you'll just have to do your best guestimate. And you're in Vegas so you'll do a ton of walking to burn off some of the calories you're off by... :)
