Really struggling to keep eating well.. Advice?

Hey guys,

I feel like this will just turn out to be a bit of a whiney post so apologies in advance...

I'm really struggling to stay on track with my eating - I've never eaten really 'badly' and have been at a similar weight (plus or minus around 6 lbs) for years now. I'm not concerned about the numbers on the scale, but I'm feeling very uncomfortable size wise. I've recently (last month) upped my protein a lot as I realised I was barely getting any. I'm not cutting anything out - just trying to make better choices which I do fine for like 7 or 8 days. Then my brain just goes "OHMYGOD EAT SOME PIZZA" - and I can never just have a bit. If I'm having a 'bad' food, I'm having it all.

Exercise isn't my issue here - I work out 3 or 4 times a week and want to progress on to something like Stronglifts in the near future. But I know that diet is the main contributor and this is where I'm failing.

My question is, how do you all stay focused? I feel like I'm eating the same foods over and over again and that's why I get bored - but I have no idea what else to eat. (Just for reference, a typical day is scrambled eggs with salmon or wholemeal toast, salad with tune/chicken, hard boiled eggs, avocado etc, and then something like fish or a meat with veggies or salad for dinner. I also have a protein shake a day).

Sorry for the wall of text and thank you for any advice :flowerforyou:
