Hi today is my first day of my 10000000000th diet lol. I did the calculations and my breakfast was like 900 calories. Now i know that whatever i serve i should just divide that by a 1/4 because I have no idea what a healthy portion is yet.

    Hi!
Perhaps spend a few days just logging what you would normally eat - it will be eye opening, and also give you an idea of areas you need to improve. You can tweak ingredients, portion sizes, meal timings, macro breakdown etc as you get the hang of it and start feeling and understanding how your body responds.

I agree with the advice above, don't beat yourself up, stick with it and make adjustments along the way and you will find success. Only make changes you are willing to accept for the rest of your life.

Also, this post has lots of great info for accurate logging and explains some of the handy tools in MFP.
