HELP!!! Blisters now that I've started walking...

I've recently embarked on my journey, even though I signed up two months ago. It all finally made sense just a few weeks ago and I really gave my life over to this process. Well, I've incorporated exercise now, and two days and a few miles later, my feet are covered in blisters. I bought new shoes before starting and wear two pairs of socks now because I thought thin socks were the problem. Any suggestions?

You can get this little stick - looks exactly like a deodorant stick - that you put on your feet - it works miracles! I got it at shoppers drugmart I'm sure they all have it - in the feet department.

Go to CVS and buy some moleskin. Put it over your blisters and leave it there. It will help. You will build up callouses on your pressure points, however, check your shoes for proper fit, they may be too big or too small.
Whatever you do, don't stop walking! It really helps keep your diet on track when you know you've been working hard. You just don't want to waste the hard work by eating junk.0 -
get the stick.... get moisture wicking socks ( and dry feet completely after workout) ... make sure your walking shoes are well-fitting ( not too big or too small)0

Thank you everyone!! I will try to find the stick and some different socks. It's more my right foot than my left...not sure what's up there. Again, thanks for the advice. I walk everyday with the blisters and just deal with the pain.0
