I have that issue on my outdoor walks, I've chalked it up to allergy season and it being a bit chilly still. I bring tissues to manage :)

I keep a handkerchief tucked into the waistband of my pants when I run specifically for this reason. I'm allergic to everything outside + exercise-induced rhinitis. Maybe something similar could help you? I've seen people using bandanas the same way.

Had the same issue, went to an allergist, waste of time, really good ENT here in NY put me on this spray and saw a 90% improvement. ipratropium bromide spray; had me on .03 for a few months worked great then started to become less effective which he said is normal then put me on .06. LMK how you make out
