Chills During Workout?

Does anyone else get goosebumps while doing a workout? I was doing an Insanity workout and nearing the end, I would get the chills.. My body is still hot and I'm sweating. I'm confused why this happens.. Am I the only one?

    That happens to me too.
    Strangely enough, my arms and legs will be hot, but my stomach feels really cold. It's weird. Am I dying? Lol.

    Strange - I just feel hot all over and sweat! No chills...

    It's usually a sign of mild dehydration. You may want to be more mindful of getting more water in both prior and during workouts to minimize it. If you feel like your drinking plenty of water, but still getting chills, you may want to incorporate sipping on a small energy drink to add electrolytes while working out.
    Since it's happening at the end of the workout, I wouldn't panic about it... just be cognoscente of it and be sure to drink plenty of water post workout

    I normally have 2-3 bottles of water during my workout.
