Making lasting changes and Mindfulness

Hi everyone! I feel like I have been on a weight loss journey my entire life. I have tried just about everything out there once or maybe even twice. At this point in my life I want to learn how to make lasting lifestyle changes, not yo yo or fad dieting. I get busy comparing and get competitive at times so when I'm not losing I try to chabge it until I do. I switched to a keto lifestyle most recently and although I'm losing weight I feel terrible, my body does not like dairy but I know this works so I try to endure the bloat and upset stomach. It doesnt feel healthy though...my main values are to be more mindful of what I'm putting into my body and paying attention to how food makes me feel. I could really use some supporters on this journey who have the same values and are willing to go the slow and steady route....Thanks!
