Anxiety disorder ruining my relationship with food.

I manage to always stay under my calorie total for day and I have lost weight, but I would feel humiliated if anyone saw what I actually ate. I'm supposed to be on a low oxalate low sodium diet. I'm really depressed and frustrated trying to come up with recipes. Well I'm overwhelmed. My husband is super picky and loves junk food. I need some fitness pals for continued motivation maybe? I don't know. Depression and anxiety suck. I worry my food has gone bad or that something tastes "off" and I waste so much food because of it.

Hi @Havery2017, sorry you're having a hard time with anxiety/depression - you're right, they really do suck!
Your diet may not be where you want it yet, but you're staying within your calories every day, which is a massive achievement. You've nailed that part, you can work on the content - one thing at a time.1
