Hi! I feel like I have lost 5 people over my life time of 51 yrs. I lost 123 lbs 3 yrs ago then life brings you a lot of challenges and you have only yourself to turn to. So here I go again to redo the 100lbs.

I understand your struggle. I lost about 70 pounds a couple of years ago and have slowly gained it all back. I have committed to getting back on track. Best of luck to you!

I went from 265 to 225lbs in 4 months by just eating well and doing it consistently. I also was active and lifted weights. I started to eat less healthy at that point and gained 40lbs back within that year. But then I realized I had to change my lifestyle not just a diet, it had to be forever. And i did that, and I went from 265lb again to 200 within 7 months and then within the next 3 months I got down to 190 and I've remained fit ever since and that was 4 years ago. So I was able to do it quickly and certainly have been able to sustain it.

My advice to you is to eat well and do it very consistently. Be cognizant of how many calories you drink. I drink water, mios, diet soda, flavored water and i rarely drink alcohol (once a month with friends). Just commit to being consistent and you'll be surprised how quickly you get momentum. When i was losing weight, each morning I would just jump out of my bed in excitement to see my new weight. When you eat great, are active, there's no worries and that's a great feeling.
