Hello Everyone Thought i would make my first post on here even though I have been using MFP on and off just need some motivation lately been struggling to get my intensity back in the gym. So i'll say a few things about myself My age is 25 been lifting 3 years ago my current weight is 189 at 5'7" my goal weight would be 170. When i first started i was overweight about 220 and like everyone else hated the way i look in the mirror nothing felt good and never could find anything to wear my self confidence was at an all time low. 3 years ago i decided to join a gym from the guidance of a friend and from that day i was hooked .
