I've just had a look at the Stanford research, which suggests that skipping burns calories at about the same rate as running at a 7 minute mile.0 -
I did this at the start to get in shape. It combines body work, jogging in place and jacks to get in shape. It worked for me.

Awesome! Definitely fit your workout in however you can! I'm a HUGE fan of online workouts personally, mainly because of time and I feel guilty not being home for my pup...there are a ton out there that are cardio based without too much jumping. I'm full of suggestions if you need them0
