Road Warrior seeks advice to meet macros

I currently travel 3 weeks of 4 and often do not get to come home on the weekends. My travel can be international or domestic, typically to places where I don't have access to more than a mini fridge to store food. I'm currently international in an area where I'm not allowed to drive and have few food choices.

So #fitfam-does anyone have realistic hacks for hitting macros and nutrition? I already travel with protein powder, bars and BCAA's. Suggestions please!

Travel is tough on the routine. I do travel with bars for my snacks. I then stick mostly with vegetables and proteins for my lunch and dinner and complex carbs (oatmeal, etc.) for breakfast / or egg and toast if I need more protein.
I then log everything to the best of my ability. I have to eye the portions and guess sometimes, but you get pretty good at it after a while.
