I weigh myself at home on two different scales, one in my bathroom and another in the downstairs bathroom and the weights are the same, however every time I go to the doctors office my weight is 7 lbs heavier than my home scales, why do you think that is? Drives me crazy and I'm not sure what my "real weight" is

Clothes, different time of day, not on an empty stomach. My weight can fluctuate 5 pounds in a day.

All the things mentioned and more. Basically if you have done things through the day, eating, drinking, exercising, and the like, they will change your weight. The doctor's scale is for the doctor. I would use one of your own scales for your personal charting of weight progress.

As above, and also the doctor's scales will be calibrated differently (my doctor's weigh light). I wouldn't stress about it - just stick with the readings from your scales, and if the number continues to drop then you're on the right track.
