How often should I reduce the calorie intake goal? I started 23 days ago. I've lost 10 lbs. Should I reset to keep losing?

You can re-run the goal setting to get your calories accurate to your current weight. You shouldn't aim for more than 1% of your current weight/week, and that's the upper end. If you're under 200 lb, 1 lb/week is much more pleasant.1

The rule of thumb is to recalculate about every 10 pounds.
What is your current calorie goal? You don't want to go so low that it's unsustainable for you or below 1200.
I never adjusted my calorie intake downward. I just let my rate of loss get slower and slower.1 -
I think you should hit your goal, then re-evaluate it.1

The problem is if you hit equilibrium before you hit your goal, your progress will stall and you'll come on the forums thinking you're in starvation mode.
But as you update your weight in the app the calories should automatically adjust as you go.1
