Working out and eating

So I recently started working out a ton more because I picked up skateboarding again. I'll go at it for about an hour to two hours and it's a great workout. Problem is I tend to eat a ton after. These past couple weeks I've been maintaining at 208 when I've been consistently losing about 2 pounds a week. At first I thought it was water weight from a new work out, but I'm just noticing that I'm eating a ton more after working out. Anyone have any helpful tips or good foods to eat after a workout that tends to keep you full? I really don't like the slow down in progress. It's really disappointing. Also, other side note, I hate strength training with a passion. Will I really be losing a ton of muscle if I don't do it too often? I'd much rather just do cardio because it isn't just awful and boring to me.
