Be prepared for lots of messages from people looking to sell you something (most of who are not qualified to give advice). Instead of spending money on a coach you could look for people on this site to help you do the same thing.

There are a bunch of volunteers on that link who want to help new people. You could join a group or a challenge and have some accountability.

I personally would avoid a "wellness coach" since there is usually no certifications for something like that. A personal trainer or a registered dietitian may be a good way to go.0 -
