My name is Dylan. I am a certified personal trainer. I went from 260 lbs to 200 strong theough diet and exercise. I stopped drinking anything but water during my original weight loss program. If you have the dedication and the patience hard work will come easy... Meaning, once you start to see results, clean living will be the easy way. No more guilt. No more unhappy you.
