The last 10 - 15lbs -- Help to stay motivated!

I got within 3lbs of my first WLG but lost motivation and put some weight back on, 7lbs to be exact!

I'm ready to tackle it again and have 10lbs to get down to my first goal, plus another 5 if I decide to go further (will depend on how first goal looks/feels).

I really need support with the motivation side of things. I can eat right and exercise but I get bored or something happens to throw me off course.

Looking for people with similar weight loss goals to share, motivate and keep me honest.
