Boosting Protein without Cholesterol

I've been having a hard time meeting my protein target (and calorie target in general) so I've started eating more eggs/beef/etc. However, these have a lot of cholesterol, and I'd like to avoid that. Any other ideas for ways to include more protein without the ubiquitous chicken breast?

Dietary cholesterol is not necessarily an issue for blood cholesterol...

But I bump up egg dishes with extra whites to increase protein without fat. I eat quite a lot of different seafood, and dairy (yoghurt is great). I also like kangaroo - it's lean and a great source of protein and iron.. I eat very little chicken!

You could look in to a protein supplement too

    Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese.Eggs.

They have found that dietary cholesterol has very little effect on blood cholesterol levels without a hereditary link.
